Default Halloween?

Has anyone decided what your little munchkins are going to be for halloween & how/or are you going to incorporate the helmet? I think Layla is going to be a "Rock Star." We found these really cute stickers with guitars, pink skull/crossbones, etc. (it is a lot less "hardcore" than it sounds. I promise. They are actually pretty cute. My family were coming up ith some really funny ideas too, My (big) rother thought she would be a great bowling pin! HAHA
i do have to give them some credit. My mom liked the idea of putting Layla in all with with a little Cox Communication sticker on the chest. . . a few blue streaks & you have the little "friends in the digital age" guys on the commercial.
anyway, just wondering what you other mommies have in mind!

I just got the okay from Chris for Jameson to celebrate. Chris doesn't celebrate due personal beliefs. I'm excited but have no clue what to dress him up as yet.

We racked our brains and opted to make her a Raggedy Ann costume with a really cute hat & yarn hair that goes over her helmet. Not really incorporating the helmet, unfortunately, but my husband's grandmother (who recently had a stroke and isn't doing all that well) has a huge collection of Raggedy Ann stuff and would absolutely LOVE to have some photos of her new great-granddaughter dressed up as such. :) So... we went with that!

We did consider dressing her up as a football player, though. Our big Halloween activity is always going to work with my husband who is a game programmer at EA Sports (they make Madden Football). I get a lot of "getting her ready to play football a little early, aren't ya?" from sarcastic men out and about when they see her helmet... Thought it'd be a fun way to play into that, too. ;-)

I can understand that. I'm glad you'll be able to have the costume experience anyway! There are so many ideas & costumes to choose from. it is a tough decision!

We were an astronaut family for Halloween! I made NASA stickers for her helmet. It was a blast.
