Oh my gosh Melanie she is getting so big, and those eyes...Wow! I love the fish stickers, they are too cute. Six weeks?! That's so exciting I bet you cannot wait for it to be over. Is the Ortho happy with the results you have gotten?

I think he wishes we'd keep her in it forEVER... But he is happy with the progress we've made, thinks she looks great, and knows we're just emotionally *DONE* with this... And has just promised to keep urging us to keep going even though he'll understand if we want to stop.

I think we have to strike a balance in terms of cost/benefit here, and once she gets to be a year old, and her growth slows, it'll just be too annoying to see no real improvements.

Anyway, yes, we are totally ready to be done... even Calina! Her favorite new toy is -- her velcro strap, that she's able to tear open. Hoorah.

Yay! I'm glad that the end of helmet therapy is in sight. You'll have to find something else to decorate with all of your cute ideas!

She is such a cutie and great job mom on the helmet. I wish Julianna had/has a helmet. She is a climber and stresses me out. I would have felt a little calmer with her in a helmet.

I wanted to show you guys where we've landed with the helmet therapy, too, just to get your head-pickin' input! (Since you guys are better at this than any doctors!!)

I think her profile looks AMAZING... I'm really happy with her gorgeous flat forehead.

She's not being particularly cute here, but you can get a good idea of what she looks like from the front... Nice wide corners on the forehead.

This is the one the orthotist is most concerned about... he wishes that the widest part of her head were further back (not at her ears). And, as you can see, she's still a little bit long from above.

And this one shows a little dent on the side of her head...

So... opinions? :)
